I've decided to move...

I really, really liked my old blog. But, there was always something about it that just kind of bugged me. I hated being on Wordpress while every single one of my friends was on Blogger. I hated the lack of customization that Wordpress offered me. Add that to the fact that lately, there has been a rash of hateful, anonymous comments being left as well. I've just decided to make that blog private, and more myself over her to Blogger.

So far, I love it. This is great...

As soon as I'm done creating this entry, I'm going to all of your blogs to leave you a comment with where to find me. I'm excited. I've missed you guys.

On the home front, nothing too exciting has happened. Jose is still working his butt off out of town. His goal is to pay off our debt (mainly the car!) and get enough money to use as a downpayment on a house. It sucks being away from him, and I miss him, but I feel this is the best option for us.

Just this last week, me and the girls officially moved back in with my folks. I'm not going to lie, I love it! The girls love it! Jose loves the fact that we're not paying $800/month for a nasty ass apartment any more. I have a few things to do to complete the movie (like get a TV for in the basement!) but things are going great.

My suegra has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. If you guys could keep her in your prayers that would be awesome. She helped out a TON during the move, and I am very grateful for that! She has surgery the 17th, I believe, so wish her luck!

I guess that will be it for now...

I'll update again later! Take it easy!

Hey, sorry to dive into your life so fast.. but first I must say, i will pray for your suegra.. I just did, right now. Anyway, I must say that I am shocked that you were getting hate comments on your other blog. We left the US before this big Hate thing started that I am hearing about. Only once did I experience it while I was in the US... one day I went to plaid pantry (like 7/11) and I spoke spanish to my nephew, and some lady assumed I was hispanic and didn't speak english and started saying something like ... "Why dont they go back to their own country" and I just can't believe the predjudice. Anyway, glad to read about your experiences. God bless.
